How do I map the keyboard?
BlueZone’s keyboard definition can be easily changed to any desired configuration via the following steps:
- Select Options > Keyboard to open the keyboard Options menu. By default, the mappable functions are listed in the Functions list box.
- Select the desired Function (for example, Clear).
- Click the New button and click on the desired key within graphical keyboard dialog. This will map the function to the key. Click OK to save your changes.
BlueZone also comes with pre-existing mapping definition files defined with the default settings of Attachmate Extra!®, PCOMM, and RUMBA. To load one of these mappings, simply:
- Select the Options > Keyboard menu.
- In the upper right corner, select the Import icon (it looks like a manila folder).
- Select the desired keyboard mapping file and select Open. You have now remapped your keyboard map.
Are 122-key keyboards supported?
Yes, BlueZone supports the Key Tronic 122-key keyboard when used with Windows 98 and 95.
Is keyboard type ahead supported?
Yes, keyboard type ahead is supported and this option can be enabled or disabled. BlueZone can store up to 256 keystrokes.
Are AttachmateWRQ®, NetManage® or IBM® default keyboard mappings included?
Yes, the following keyboard and layouts are supported by BlueZone:
- IBM® Enhanced 101/102 keyboard
- Key Tronic KB3270 Plus 122 key keyboard
- IBM PC/3270 keyboard layout
- BlueZone keyboard layout
