Macro Questions

Does BlueZone support macros?
BlueZone offers both macros and scripts:

  • Macros: Use the Window Journal function to record keyboard and mouse movements to automate routine functions.
  • Scripts: Support VB Script, JScript, and our own graphical scripting language to have a broad range of capability. Scripts have a distinct advantage as they support positive host-ready state identification. Scripts eliminate programmed waits, resulting in faster and completely reliable scripts, a critical characteristic for unattended batch operations. BlueZone scripts are synonymous with Attachmate macros.
