What if I forgot my user ID and password?
There is a "Forgot Password" hyperlink on the customer portal home page.

What if I don't have a user ID and password?
Select the “New User” link or “Register” link from the customer portal home page to register for the portal. Our support staff generally process registration requests in less than one business day.

I have questions about the maintenance status of my software licenses.
